Blair Bilyk is an Edmonton based seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience supporting organizations through growth, change, and complex people challenges. Known for a practical, relationship-driven approach, Blair partners closely with leaders and teams to design and deliver HR solutions that are clear, effective, and built to last.
